Arizona Termite Control is a website owned and administered by Techpros Marketing. Termite services and service follow-up are provided by Assured Pest. Information submitted through this website is used to respond to your inquiry, coordinate requested service and maintain the website and its lead-delivery systems.

Information you provide

The inspection form requests your property type, service type, property address, city, state, ZIP, full name, phone number and email address. Commercial requests also require a company name. You may provide service details, an optional referral-source answer and optional photographs or a PDF. Selecting the upload option does not require you to attach a file.

Only upload material relevant to the property and termite concern. Avoid including identification documents, payment information, medical information or other sensitive personal information in notes or attachments.

Form inquiries and attachments

FormBox processes and stores submitted inquiries and attachments for delivery and review. Inquiry information may be received by Assured Pest and by the people who administer this website so they can respond, coordinate service, review spam and resolve delivery problems. Technical service providers may process information as needed to operate these systems.

A request is not a confirmed appointment until the service provider follows up. Website information, photographs and uploaded material do not replace an inspection or establish the condition of concealed wood.

Calls and call tracking

Calls to this website's tracking numbers may be processed through CallRail. Call information can include the caller number, call time, duration, routing, source and answer status. Where recording is enabled, calls may be recorded. Listen for applicable call notices and ask the service provider if you have questions about call handling.
