Chandler
Find out what the visible evidence means.
The first useful question is not which treatment to buy. It is what the evidence at your Chandler property can tell you.
A tube in a garage, wings near a window and damage uncovered during repairs each need to be considered with the building's history and accessible areas. Assured Pest handles service requests made through Arizona Termite Control, with appointment arrangements confirmed after follow-up.

01
Locate the concern
Describe the exact room, building edge or piece of accessible wood involved. Say whether you found insects indoors, noticed a surface tube or uncovered damage while another project was underway.
Include when you first noticed the sign and whether it has reappeared. A short sequence of observations helps distinguish what is known from what is being inferred.
Keep wide and close photographs when they can be taken safely. Do not add a pesticide, patch the surface or throw away the only evidence simply to make the area presentable before an inspection.
If safety or repairs require a change, explain what was removed and retain a record where practical. An inspector cannot reconstruct a hidden area solely from a clean replacement board.
02
Interpret the evidence
A mud tube is a reason to investigate, but tubes can remain after earlier activity. Discarded wings may help explain where insects emerged, without defining the boundaries of an infestation.
Wood damage can have more than one cause. An evaluation should connect the sign with accessible construction and relevant history instead of interpreting a single clue as a complete treatment diagnosis.
Subterranean and drywood termite concerns are not interchangeable. Soil-associated routes and evidence within wood lead to different questions about access and scope.
A visual visit also has limits: obstructed or concealed areas cannot be declared clear merely because no sign was found on an accessible surface. Ask what was examined and what uncertainty remains.

03
Occupied-property access
- Identify who will meet the inspection contact and who can approve a further step.
- For a rental or business, those may be different people.
- List locked rooms, security procedures, pets and areas where storage blocks the reported concern.
- Establish the agreed access arrangements with occupants rather than assuming a request from the owner authorizes entry at any time.
Move items only as agreed and avoid heavy lifting or demolition for a generic preparation list. If a garage or another part of the building will be inaccessible, say so before the visit.
That allows the access limitation to be part of the discussion rather than a surprise after the appointment. Shared walls and common areas may require coordination with the person responsible for that space.
04
Earlier treatment records
Bring diagrams, dates and existing agreements if you have them. Identify which building or area each document covers and whether a renovation occurred afterward.
A prior treatment can be relevant without proving that every area is protected today. Likewise, an old damaged surface does not alone prove that termites returned after earlier work.
If a different provider holds an agreement, check its reporting, renewal and transfer requirements directly. Keep the document available during the evaluation so a new concern can be compared with the recorded scope.
When history is missing, say that plainly. Guessing at a date or method can make the initial picture less useful than acknowledging an unknown.
From question to next step
How a request moves forward.
- Describe the concern.
Share the property location, evidence and relevant history.
- Confirm the arrangements.
Assured Pest follows up about the request, access and appointment details.
- Discuss the next decision.
Review the findings and any proposed scope before authorizing work.
05
Findings and next steps
If the concern needs corrective work, review a Chandler treatment proposal that identifies the relevant areas, why the approach fits and what preparation is required. If the discussion is instead about reducing favorable conditions or reviewing an existing agreement, prevention is the more appropriate next subject.
Neither decision should be based only on which service name appears most often on a website.
Treatment and repair are also separate decisions. Extensive or safety-related damage may require an appropriate building professional in addition to termite work.
Explain planned repairs so the scopes can be coordinated without implying that a termite inspection is a structural assessment or that treatment restores damaged materials.

Choose the right report
The request form starts a conversation about your Chandler property. Include the best contact and what you need from the visit.
If a lender or agent has asked for a specific document, identify it before an appointment is confirmed. A free evaluation of a termite concern is not automatically a formal Arizona WDIIR for a transaction.
Afterward, ask for a clear explanation of the evidence, accessible areas and any recommended next step. Confirm the deliverable, any separate fee and who needs the findings.
Keep the resulting information with the property's treatment record so an owner, manager or future occupant is not left to infer the history from an isolated invoice.
